This Saturday Lee Farms, just outside Portland, Oregon, is hosting the 5k Dirty Leprechaun Fun Run. The run features over 21 badass farm-focused obstacles, there will be music, and bonfires.

What do you get besides the satisfaction of making St. Patrick proud of your commitment to competitive mud-running? A free t-shirt, two beers, and snacks. There are also $5 mimosas and $5 showers.

Since this is a working farm, parking is limited, so plan on carpooling. If you carpool with three or more people parking is only $5. If you roll up with one or two people, expect to pay a tenner.

Throughout the year Lee Farms also hosts other muddy events, like the 1/2 Mile Kids Dash, which features a mud pit where the kids have to crawl through mud on their bellies (adorable!):

The beneficiary of Dirty Leprechaun Fun Run is Molly's Fun Fighting Lupus. Founded in 2007 this Oregon-based nonprofit is committed to education, fundraising and support for peoples fighting lupus. And if your'e unaware, lupus affects about 1.5 million Americans, the vast majority of whom are women. There still is no cure for the debilitating disease.
